A special weather statement is warning of strong rain and winds around our listening area this week.

Environment Canada says a fall storm south of the border could join forces with what is left of Hurricane Patricia by tomorrow.  Barry’s Bay, Killaloe, Petawawa, Pembroke, Cobden, Renfrew, Arnprior and Calabogie are all included in the statement.

Across the province, some places could see as much as 50 millimetres of rain in one day and winds as strong as 90 km/h.
