A regional mystery shopping program has awarded the South of 60 Arts Centre/Railway Station for excellent customer service.
The mystery shopper came in to the visitor centre in July, giving the facility a 94 per cent rating overall. This is the highest score that the visitor centre has seen since it became part of the OHvation Mystery Shopper Program four years ago.
Members of the Ottawa Valley Tourist Association can enter the program through the Ontario’s Highlands Tourism Organization. It includes customer service training for staff in the early summer. The training is open to all local businesses, not just OVTA members.
