The Renfrew and Hastings Counties areas could be a little colder than usual during the first few weeks of February.

Environment Canada Meteorologist Mark Schuster says normal day time highs for this time of year are about minus 4, but February will start out a little colder than that.

He says daytime highs will see the biggest flux, even with some sunshine in the long range forecast.

Schuster says we’re also expecting a few centimetres of snow heading into tonight and tomorrow morning.
