This year marks Canada’s 150th anniversary, and the province is giving local high schools a way to host their own film festivals.
April 19th is National Canada Film Day 150, and teachers can sign up to bring Canadian films into their classrooms, along with resources to help link them into the curriculum.
Communities are also being invited to apply for infrastructure and community celebration grants to ring in Canada’s 150th anniversary.
