Environment Canada has issued a freezing rain warning for Barry’s Bay and surrounding areas.
The weather agency is calling for freezing rain mixed with ice pellets tomorrow morning, which could turn into rain throughout the afternoon and evening. This could lead to icy, slippery and dangerous roads and walkways.
Public Safety Canada is encouraging you to make and emergency plan, and have an emergency kit ready with water, food, medicine, first-aid supplies and a flashlight.
