A candidate has been selected to represent the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario in the Hastings-Lennox and Addington Riding.
Darryl Kramp won the nomination to represent the party in Tweed on Saturday.
Kramp says one of his priorities will be addressing the rising cost of electricity in rural communities.

Kramp says he will also look to grow tourism in the area.
Before this, Kramp served as the riding’s MP from 2004 until the last election federal election in 2015.
Kramp will look to become the next MPP for the riding during the next provincial election in 2018.
