The Madawaska Valley Lion’s Club is preparing for the 51st annual Santa Clause Parade in Barry’s Bay.
The Lion’s Club is taking entries for floats in the parade and since there’s no theme this year, so teams, businesses, groups, organizations and residents can get creative.
It’s also a chance for the community organization to welcome new members to its ranks.

The main event is set to begin on December 3rd at noon.
The club says there are prizes for the floats this year and it’s a great opportunity for other community groups, organizations and businesses to add their uniqueness to the parade.
