Madawaska Valley’s Operations Committee will be rescheduling its meeting which failed to have quorum for recommendations yesterday.
It’s likely the recommendation calling for a new loader will go to council on Monday as it’s a required piece of equipment for the township’s snow removal efforts.
Two new items have been added to the next meeting’s agenda including a request from MVDHS regarding parking on its roadways.

If passed, it would mean no parking would be allowed on the roadways between the school and the arena during the day over safety concerns for busses.
The committee also received a request from a resident for a new streetlight to be installed for safety concerns.
A new date for the meeting has not yet been announced.
