Girls Night Out Proceeds Going to Local Healthcare

A man-tax may be well worth paying on Friday night as a unique fundraiser for local healthcare kicks off in Barry’s Bay.

In its third year, the Girls Night Out event proceeds will be going to the St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation.

One of the event’s organizers, Ann Maika says the event has been a big hit and has grown fast.

She says over 30 local vendors are slated to be a part of the event which is being held at the Paul J. Yakabuski Community Centre on Friday evening.
