Conservative candidate Cheryl Gallant has been re-elected in the riding of Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke.

With 230 of 235 polls counted, she has just over 45 percent of the vote and more than 6,500 votes more than Liberal Jeff Lehoux who came in second place.  These are unofficial results.

At the national level, the Liberals have formed a majority government, with the Conservatives sitting as the opposition.
