APFTA opens Christmas Sale in Annex Gallery

A Place for the Arts in Bancroft has just opened a new Christmas show in the Annex Gallery.

Chairperson Debbie Christie said the show has smaller pieces of art made by their member artists at affordable prices for the holidays.

She said the pieces are priced at $50 or less, whereas larger works displayed year-round at the gallery can often be priced around $500.

Christie said the lower prices for this sale help make art more accessible for people to give as gifts.

The sale is on until Dec. 28.
