Police Looking to Public After String of Thefts

The Killaloe OPP is asking for your help to solve two separate break-ins.

Police say, around noon on Monday, September 12, officers received a report of a log home which was broken into on Highway 60 in Madawaska Valley.

Several chairs were stolen from the home.

Police say another report of a break in came through during the late morning hours last Friday.

In this case, a shed was broken into on Highway 60 in Algonquin Provincial Park, and a number of bags of wood were stolen.

Police continue to investigate, and ask anyone with information to call the OPP or Crime Stoppers.
