Over 5,500 Hydro One customers will be without power in the area for the early part of Sunday.
Hydro One says a planned power outage will affect some customers from 4:00am until 2:00pm.
Hydro One says the reason for the outage is to replace 14 poles along the transmission line, re-framing five poles with steel cross-arms, and installing insulators.

The distribution system is also being upgraded, to protect the lines from lightning damage.
Hydro One says all the affected customers have been notified.
