The Director of Education for the Renfrew County District School Board will be stepping down next year.
Roger Clarke has over 30 years of experience in education with the RCDSB as a teacher, principal, superintendent and as a consultant.
In 2008, he took over the reins as the Director of Education and spear-headed the board’s current strategic plan.
The board of trustees will be creating a recruitment committee moving forward.
Clarke says his many positions within board have given him an opportunity to see changes in many schools, their classrooms and their staff departments.
