Hydro One’s storm centre has confirmed a number of power outages impacting the region, including a large outage west of Barry’s Bay that is impacting more than 300 customers after thunderstorms rolled through Thursday night.
As of 1:45 p.m. Friday, there were four outages around the Barry’s Bay area and damages were still being assessed for three of those, so there is no time frame for service resuming.
All four are impacting less than 20 properties.
