Load restrictions are now in effect, or will be soon, on roads across the region.
Roads become softer and weaker during the spring thaw and heavy vehicle traffic can cause permanent damage. The half-load restrictions reduce the potential for any unnecessary road repairs or reconstruction.
Weight restrictions will be in place until the spring, check with your local municipality for more details and up-to-date information.
