“it was certainly a quick election period and that brought its challenges.” said Denault.

“I had to get out and try and meet as many people as I could and we accomplished that task by going out, knocking on doors, going to events and meeting as many people as we could, and clearly tonight showed that the campaign worked as planned.”

“I’m really humbled and grateful for the opportunity to represent the riding that is my home riding and one that I’ve lived in for pretty well all my life.”

“I’m grateful that the people of Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke who have given me the opportunity to represent them in this position and I will work tirelessly and give my undying commitment to them as I am in this role.”

Denault says there are two local issues top of mind that he is ready to tackle.

“Issues I heard was certainly the Canada-US relation and infrastructure with Highway 17.”

“Those both were significant issues that we heard and I’m happy that the Ontario PC Party had a platform that touched on all of those issues.”

Denault paid respects to his fellow candidate this evening.

“To Marshall and Oliver, I certainly respect that they put their name forward. Their participation is a key part of our democratic process and we should all respect and thank them for putting in the effort and putting their name out there.”
