Renfrew County is inviting firms and individuals to submit expressions of interest (EOI) for developing affordable housing in Renfrew County.
The county says their EOI initiative will be a pivotal step in addressing housing needs in the community.
The initiative is focused on promoting county-owned lands, inviting developers and not-for-profit organizations to collaborate to create accessible and sustainable housing.
The aim is to “spark innovative ideas and initiatives that align with our commitment to building a thriving and diverse community.”
