If you are looking to stock up on books for summer reading season, head to the library in Barrys Bay.
Friday and Saturday they’ll be having a “Buy a Bag” used book sale during their regular hours.
People will be able to fill a small or large grocery bag for $10 or $20 depending on the size of the bag.

According to Library CEO Natalie Barrington, used book sales are the library’s largest fundraiser.
Barrington told My Bancroft Now that in 2023, sales raised over $6,000 for the library. The regular sale of used books is also available during regular library hours.
