Overnight camping restrictions in place in Algonquin Park

Some overnight campsites in Algonquin Park are closed due to the presence of Algae.

There is no overnight camping at Ryan Lake, Dickson Lake, and on Hardy Bay of Lake Lavieille are closed as a result.

The specific cause of the Algae remains unknown.

There was no overnight camping on Dickson Lake and Hardy Bay last year for the same reason.
