OPP wants you to slow down in construction zones

The Bancroft OPP is reminding drivers to obey the speed limit in construction zones.

Constable Phillip Regamy says the OPP has been receiving complaints about drivers speeding through construction zones, particularly the one on Highway 62 south.

Regamey explains the consequences of not obeying the speed limits in construction zones.

Regamey says it will be conducting focused patrols in areas where complaints are received, with the goal of protecting the public.
