OPP warns you about dangers of hot vehicles

The Bancroft OPP says you should never leave child or pet inside a hot vehicle during the summer.

Constable Phillip Regamey explains some of the risks.

Regamey says it can even be dangerous to leave a child or pet inside a vehicle with the windows down.

You are also being asked to carry lots of water and fluids when travelling to prevent dehydration.
