Renfrew’s Medical Officer of Health returns for another term

The Renfrew County and District Health Unit’s Acting Medical Officer of Health will return to her position.

In a release, the Board of Health says Dr. Kathryn Reducka will be taking up the role again, along with being the Chief Executive Officer, for another six months.

Chair of the Board Janice Vineskie says Dr. Reducka has provided competent leadership at Renfrew County and District Health Unit.

Before this, Dr. Reducka was a family physician, and a physician risk manager with the Canadian Medical Protective Association.
