Bancroft’s Committee of the Whole is reviewing its contract for the 2017-2018 Rally of the Tall Pines.
The committee is looking to have the event pay for any damages as a result of the rally, and to have organizers pay for portable toilets during the event.
Organizers are also looking for the town’s permission to add one kilometre to the final stage on Bronson Road in 2016.
A new banner size for the town’s sponsorship of the event is also being looked into.
Bancroft staff will prepare a report so the committee can consider its options.
