Madawaska Valley has announced there will now be free public skating on Friday nights starting this Friday February 9th.
Between 8pm and 8:50 people can lace up their skates at the Paul J Yakabuskie Arena in Barrys Bay.
Public skates will happen for the next 6 weeks, with the last one being on March 15.

This is on top of their already running public skates on Sundays from 1:30 to 3pm.
