A Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards resident is facing 13 charges, after Killaloe OPP responded to a threat call last week.
Police were called to a location within the municipality on the morning of Dec. 7. After an investigation, supported by the OPP Emergency Response Team, a 41-year-old was arrested. The charges that person faces are:
- Indecent exposure,
- Sexual interference,
- Uttering threats,
- Invitation to touching,
- Making sexually explicit material available to a person under 16,
- Sexual assault on a person under 16,
- Three counts of careless storage of a firearm,
- Possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm,
- Knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm,
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and,
- Uttering threats to damage or injure an animal.
The person was held in custody and the case is now before courts in Pembroke.
