The float from Burchat Homes was voted as the best float at the Barry’s Bay Santa Claus parade, held on Saturday.
Second place was a tie between the Madawaska Valley Public Library and the Opeongo Snowbirds Snowmobile Club.
A panel of judges from the Madawaska Valley Lions Club made the decision.

About 30 floats were in the parade, which is put on by the Club.
