New Hastings Highlands Deputy Mayor

Gregg Roberts has been appointed as the new Hastings Highlands Deputy Mayor for the remainder of council’s term.

At a recent council meeting, Acting Deputy Clerk Suzanne Huschilt says councillors approved the bylaw.

She says this comes as a resolution was approved by council to accept the resignation of former Deputy Mayor Mike Leveque from the position.

Leveque has decided to stay as a councillor.
