SPARC Wants Your Nominations For Symposium 2016

Fourteen youth across Canada will be able to attend SPARC Symposium 2016.

Project Coordinator Rachel Gillooly says the event is a networking hub for rural performing artists and organizations.

She says funding from Canadian Heritage and the Ontario Trillium Foundation will cover the cost of travel, accommodation, and meals.

She says last year a student from Bancroft attended the event.

Gillooly says people can apply until Thursday, July 17^th on the SPARC website.

The event starts on October 27^th, and goes until the 30^th.

It will be at the Pinestone Resort in Haliburton.
