The Hastings Prince Edward Health Unit says parents play a key role in preventing injuries and deaths to young drivers.
Officials have shared a new video of grade 11 and 12 students from Prince Edward Collegiate Institute speaking directly to parents about the responsibility they have as a role model.
They say public health decided to re-create the project to help spread the message to stop distracted driving, but it was originally done last year by students, the OPP, and the health unit.
