Do you know a Renfrew County person or organization whose contributions to the community are worthy of an award?
Nominations are open for Renfrew County’s Warden’s Community Service Awards.
The County says the program is “a meaningful way to honour and thank an individual, a not-for-profit organization or for-profit business for their community involvement and commitment.”
Nominations will be reviewed by a committee, with the deciding factor being how the nominee contributes to the County’s quality of life.
The nomination deadline is Nov. 3, and the awards will be presented at the Nov. 29 County council meeting. Nomination forms are available from the Renfrew County website.
