If you’re in the small community of Combermere on Sunday, Aug. 6 you can be blitzed with entertainment.
The event, known as the CO Blitz, takes place in the afternoon and evening at the Combermere Community Centre.
Gates open at 11:30 a.m. and the afternoon’s activities include a horseshoe tournament, a classic car show, a petting zoo and Mr. Dimples the Balloon Man. Admission is $5, with children aged three and under admitted free.

The evening features an outdoor dance, with music from Sidewinder. Gates open at 8:30 p.m. and the cost for this show is $10.
The Combermere Community Centre is located at 1095 Farmer Rd.
