An Ottawa resident is facing two charges of first-degree murder in connection with a double homicide investigation in Pembroke.
According to the Upper Ottawa Valley OPP detachment, the suspect is 21 years old, and is also facing one charge of attempted murder with a firearm.
The investigation began on May 22nd when officers found two people dead at a home on Mackay Street.

A third person was found with life-threatening injuries.
According to police, the three victims have all been identified as sixteen-year-olds from Mississauga.
Officers say the suspect is in custody, and has a hearing scheduled for June 21st in Pembroke.
