A Madawaska Valley man is dead after a collision in Laurentian Valley.
The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP says 64-year-old Gysbertus Reym was killed when his motorcycle collided with a passenger vehicle.
It happened on Tuesday afternoon on Greenwood Road, just west of Beachburg Road. The driver of the passenger vehicle was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The road was closed as a result, but has since been reopened.
Police continue to investigate.
