Catch Ace nets Eganville couple big prize – but Ace is still in play 

Charles and Koren Marquardt are the winners of the Week 29 prize in St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundations’ Catch the Ace lottery.  

The Eganville couple won $1,867. But when a card was flipped over the aces of spades was not found, so the lottery continues. 

Tickets, for $5, are being sold at several Madawaska Valley stores, with proceeds beneffiting health care.  

Each week a portion of funds goes to a weekly prize and another portion goes to a jackpot, which will go to a winner who finds the ace of spades. That jackpot is now above $53,000.
