Police issue warning about fraud calls

The Renfrew OPP says residents continue to receive calls from scammer pretending to be with the Canada Revenue Agency.

The scammers will claim you owe back taxes and will be arrested if they are not paid.

Police say the callers are aggressive and rude.

If you receive a call of this nature, you should report it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
