Customers of The Beer Store know that collecting your empties can pay off. It can also help with fundraising, too.
The Barry’s Bay Beer Store announced recently it raised just short of $5,500 over the summer for St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation. The funds were raised by customers who donated proceeds from empty bottles or donated cash at the till.
The Beer Store has now raised nearly $20,000 for the foundation, since 2020. The money will help purchase equipment for St. Francis Valley Memorial Hospital.
