The work will soon begin to replace the town of Bancroft’s water line.
The contract for the project has been awarded to Bonnechere Excavating Inc. from Arnprior, to run a new main line from the treatment facility on Snow Road to Hastings Street North.
Residents are not expected to have their service disrupted.

The company is set to start the work with the week, and to complete it by November 3rd.
