The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP has laid charges after a TV was stolen from the Walmart in Pembroke.
The OPP says, on the afternoon of May 22nd, a police officer caught a Pembroke man carrying a flat screen TV that was still in the box, with the store security device still attached.
A police investigation led to the officer finding out the TV had been stolen from the store earlier in the day.
