A Madawaska Valley man is facing charges after disobeying his probation.
The Killaloe OPP says police were called out to the scene of a domestic breach of probation on Round Lake Road in the Township of Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards on the afternoon of Monday, May 23rd.
A 38-year-old man is now facing charges for two counts of breach of probation.

The accused has been issued a summon to appear in court.
His name is being withheld to protect the identity of the victim.
