A warm and humid airmass is settling into southern Ontario.
Officials say these conditions pose a health risk when you’re not used to the heat.
They advise residents to drink plenty of liquids, dress for the weather, and spend a few hours each day in a cool place.
Temperatures will range from 28 to 30 today, and 29 to 32 tomorrow.
