You will be seeing a new cell tower soon near Highway 28.
The County of Renfrew has entered into a lease agreement with Rogers Communications. Rogers will lease a part of County-owned land at Lalande and Little Ireland Road in Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan Township. The County approved the lease at their last council meeting.
According to the County, the cell tower will provide wireless voice and data for the surrounding area. No word yet on when the tower’s construction will begin.
