A woman who went missing in March has been found deceased.
Sarah Shankland was reported missing on the morning of March 24th. Police say kayakers found her body in the Petawawa River around 7 PM on Wednesday. The body was found near Summit Trail near the Town of Petawawa.
A post-mortem is scheduled, but police believe the cause of death to be drowning. No foul play is suspected.
