Killaloe Community Resource Centre Income Tax Clinic returns for another year

The Community Resource Center in Killaloe is helping people with their taxes again this year.

The free income tax clinic will run for the months of March and April for those with a low or modest income. They define that as an individual earning $35,000, couples earning $45,000, with $2,500 added on per child.

Volunteers will be preparing the returns of those who book an appointment. These volunteers will e-file returns as well.

The clinic will be done over the phone. Those in Killaloe can call 613-757-3108. Those in Barry’s Bay can call 613-602-3591, and those in Whitney or Madawaska can call 613-412-9962.

This is the second year the Resouce Centre has offered this service.
