Railway Station Issue to be Dealt With At Special Council Meeting

The subject of the Railway Station was touched upon once again during the latest council meeting.
The contentious issue has Madawaska Valley divided as to keep the Railway Station operating year around or to have it keep seasonal hours.
The agenda at the meeting included 55 letters of support for keeping the Railway Station open and 153 form letters against.
A special council meeting has been called for tomorrow at the Paul J Yakabuski Community Centre at 7 PM to discuss the matter.
