Blasting to take place at Pecarski Quarry on Friday

Expect the ground to rumble sometime on Friday if you live in Barry’s Bay.

Madawaska Valley Township has said Bonnechere Excavating Incorporated will be doing blasting at Pecarski Quarry on Paugh Lake Road. The blast is expected to happen on November 5th sometime between 10 AM and 4 PM.

This is the second blast to take place this year after one happened in July.
