Enterprise Renfrew County is looking for “expressions of interest” from entrepreneurs wanting to grow their businesses.
The support program, Starter Company Plus, will see Enterprise Renfrew County staff train new business owners in management basics. Trainers will be available to direct owners in matters like insurance, legal matters, accounting, networking and business plan development. The program aims to help entrepreneurs start, expand or purchase an existing business in Renfrew County.
After the training, applicants can then pitch their business to a committee for a chance to win a grant of up to $5,000 for their business.
