It’s a yard sale where you can pick up things you need free of charge.
From 8 AM until 12 PM on Saturday, August 21st, the Family Life Christian Centre is coordinating a free community yard sale to take place in Barry’s Bay. People in town who have items that they don’t need and want to give away are invited to participate. The Centre wants people across town to take part, and will have a central market location on the land beside the Madawaska Valley Township Office.
Those who wish to sign up will be provided with a Google form which participants will need to fill out. They will then get a yard sign for their front lawn and will have the option of having their address included in a map of Big Giveaway locations. Those too far out of town will be able to be at the central location by the Township Office.
