A limited number of seats will be available for the first theatric performance of the Stone Fence Theatre Company in over a year.

Eight performances will be put on by the Company starting July 14th at Station Park in Killaloe. However, Ish Theilheimer, the Company’s producer, says 100 tickets are available for each show due to COVID-19 restrictions. Many of these tickets have already been sold.

Each show will start at 6 PM and will be a physically distanced affair, with tents, chairs and tables provided. Theilheimer says the show will go on rain or shine, but performances can be rescheduled for particularly bad weather. Box suppers, soft drinks and water will be available beforehand.

The show, “How are Ya Now” is described by Theilheimer as a collection of comedy and songs about the togetherness that allowed people of the Ottawa Valley to get through the pandemic and other tough times. Many of the songs hark back to Killaloe’s history and culture, performed by members of the Company.

Tickets are $42 for adults, $20 for youth and can be reserved by calling 613-401-1497.
