The Township of Madawaska Valley has released how the current lockdown will affect their operation.

The township office is closed to the public, but all departments are open for business. In addition, the Paul J Yakabuski Center, the Combermere Community Center, the Railway Station and the Lakeshore tennis courts will be closed to the public and all bookings have been cancelled.

The Madawaska valley public library will be closed and will offer curbside pickup at a later date. All drive tests at the Paul J Yakabuski center are cancelled.

However, waste management services will not be impacted, with site hours and the pickup schedule remaining unchanged.
